RETURNS & COMPLAINTS

Please notify us either by phone, letter or email within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. We will discuss the problem with you and if goods are damaged we will either ask you to retain them so that the post office can inspect them or return them to us. If asked to return them to us, please do so within 7 days. It is imperative they are returned with the original packaging and sent back by the same method that they were despatched to you (i.e. recorded delivery/registered post etc). Please retain your proof of posting. We will refund this postage cost to you. Please note: Our overseas customers should NOT return any damaged goods to us, but wait for our instructions.

Please do not return the whole order if only one item is incorrect/damaged. If the item has an MCPS stamp attached to it, this should be returned where possible. Any damaged items will be replaced as soon as possible. If we cannot replace or re-order the goods, a refund or credit note will be offered.
